Last week, the Brigade completed the fall 2018 Physical Readiness Test (PRT). The PRT consists of sit-ups, push-ups and a timed 1.5 mile run, and is conducted once a semester. Physical readiness is a key component of the United States Naval Academy's mission to "develop midshipmen morally, mentally, and physically."
